2010-03-31 10:34:24
July 23 - 24, 2010
St. Denis Stadium
University of Windsor

Robot racing is a challenging and exciting way to gain a hands-on understanding of the technologies industries use today. The competition presents students with real-world engineering design challenges, integrating components of mechanical, computer, control software and systems integration.

Comprised of high school, college and undergraduate/graduate students, teams will work together to design and build robotic vehicles capable of navigating twisting, obstacle-filled courses without human guidance or control for a total prize purse of $5,000. Each team must be supervised by at least one faculty advisor.

Registration closes June 30, 2010. Spectators are welcome to attend the main competition held Saturday July 24th at the St. Denis Stadium at the University of Windsor.
